This App is a part of the project “Supporting Human Capital Development in Meghalaya” (SHCDM) in the state of Meghalaya, India. The Government of Meghalaya has realized that “education and skill development” is the key for enhancing productivity and employability of youths as well as socio-economic ecosystem of the State. Towards reinforcing its efforts in developing human capital of the State, this project was conceptualized to improve the quality and delivery of secondary and higher secondary education (including teacher training) and skill development programs, with funds from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) as a loan. This project span across 4 departments of the State viz. Department of Education, Meghalaya State Skill Development Society, Department of Labor and Public Works Department as four Project Implementation Units (PIU). Needless to say, one of the achievement of this project is capacity building and institutional strengthening of public, as well as private functionaries associated in the project. This App facilitate project stakeholders to click and upload multiple photos directly from field/sites (Schools/ITIs/TTCs/DIETs) to the project server along with latitude & longitude, as part of inspection directly from the site.
