The technician application designed to streamline the maintenance process and help the technician to access data to organize the task.1.Secured login for authorized technicians to access data.
2.Dashboard provides scheduled maintenance, appointments and service request details.
3.Service Request provides a detailed description along with request priority and tenant availability that helps technicians to schedule appointments.
4.Complaint history lets technicians sort and filter requests based on date, location, contact details and Request category or Request type.
5.Asset management facilitates asset details along with scheduled maintenance history on scanning QR code and entering tag details. That eliminates manual data entry and streamline inventory tracking.
6.Reports generated on service requests, maintenance and call directory.
7.Notification feature gives constant updates on the received service request and on upcoming appointments.
