This app is horrible. Its hard to find in my apps because their logo doesn't display and it was just the generic android icon (it's just called membership). I can't open anything through the app, so I have to use a web browser every time I need to open anything (ex: PDFs) They also disable being able to copy links or anything within the app, so you have to go back through everything after logging in through a browser. And they dont properly link my PTA membership so I get event sign up errors

A Google user

Cannot attach my organization (Android). Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. it also would not let me create a new account through the app. I had to go out to the website, and then I think it forced me to become an administrator. Which may be an additional source of some of my problems.

I am logged in, all is well, but it fails when trying to sync to my calendar. it gave me multiple calendars to choose from (I have 3 addresses) and I tried it on each one, and each time it says "processing" then fails.

The app has a glitch on the first page. It won't let you create an account. It just has a log in bar and assumes you are already signed up. Basically it doesn't work if you haven't already created an account.

It doesn't work. It's stuck on a product sales page. There's no way to get to my organization's page. Tried uninstalling, force stop etc.

It doesn't change a lot of the dashboard functions to mobile/app. I think it's ok for simple directory use for parents but not good for admins.

Doesn't let me register. Keeps giving me an error code. Uninstalled and re-installed multiple times. Still the same problem

My child is moving up from elementary school to the next school. I deleted the storage and the cache before I uninstalled the app from the old PTO. I completed the data entry for the new PTO. When I followed the link for this app from the new PTO website, everything from old PTO and nothing from the new PTO showed up in the app. At least the app recognized the child as an alumnus.
