this is 2022 and it still is the worst app ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!will not let me log in, it crashes as soon as I start to type a number, my card number, it was working last year. I even went to the casino and went to the rewards and the girl spent 1 hr. trying to fix and didn't. Now I just called again and they said, just uninstall it, I have 10 times and still does the same thing, so frustrating since I cannot go and book on my phone or cancell or check all the comps etcc. Please fix it.

MyPechanga App Trouble shooting. Your email is most likely all CAPS. also, you can't type your acct # into the app, here is how I got around this. I simply typed it on a text and cut and paste into the acct # tab, then did the same for the easy play pin#. All other functions were the same. To find out if you email is all caps or not, just go to the club desk at the hotel and they can tell you. Hope this helps, finally figured it out after 4 years. Pechanga, let me know if your hiring.

I spent in Penchanga over 100k and stopped going there like 3months cuz I needed to save some money to play again, and They stopped offering things like free play, hotel room( I don't really use like free stay) etc. When I called the casino about that, they treated me like I had never played them before and not qualified for rewards.. I was like, "bruh now, back for casino game, but you treated your guests like trash. I'm giving my business to Yamavva". No wonder they are going 💩.worst Casino.

Poor application architecture - entered incorrect email address when registering, absolutely no way to correct this after completing initial signup. Keep getting message You're Already Registered. I never completed the registration since i never got the security code via email. This is a catch 22 and points to poor web design.

Initially the app looks great, checking for rooms and reservation was easy. The page that the app opens to, the footer blocks the details from the front. App hasn't worked great since the upgrade... the footer with player # blocks the info on each of the tabs, or the tab isn't moving up.

The negative reviews were from ppl that definitely text with one finger. Never would imagine that scrolling to select your birthday would cause multiple ppl to struggle. I'm 32, so scrolling from 2020 to 1988 was ... uhm, easy. Basically this app is very convenient, has some issues which is normal and they get fixed quickly if something is down. I'm assuming everyone is using a smartphone and not a slow Obama phone or some flip phone. I'm sure this app doesn't run well on a potato, or iPotato

Had a great time. Beautiful hotel and casino. Huge huge casino. Wasn't impressed with the high roller room and there only being 1. But they def have tons of great slot machines to choose from outside of the high roller room. Tons of restaurants. Love how you can order drinks from the machines. Remember to leave your key in the box by your room door or your electric will shut off. Pretty smart move on their part. Great spa also. Well worth the visit

I've read the reviews and it doesn't help to insult others by calling them "1 finger phone users." So disrespectful 😐. You obviously haven't spent time with your elders or people with disabilities. Whatever issues they had with the app could've been anything. Please be kind. Anyway, I installed and uninstalled the app almost daily & I can't through the login. I am not elderly and have no disability that would hinder using the app.
