This app is minimally helpful. While it's nice to theoretically see your providers, deductible status, ID card, and other features at a glance, the deductible info doesn't update regularly, and searching for providers is infuriating. It's all too happy to recommend "providers close to you," as long as you don't mind "close" being defined as 40 miles away. Searching doesn't give you a list of providers; it just pops up with the first one with a close name. My insurer needs to find a better app.

App does very well with tracking my steps and activities, but not sleep. I use Google Fit as my tracker which is connected to my Smartwatch. Although the Engage app pulls steps and activities from Google Fit, I cannot get the sleep tracker to pull information from Google Fit. Very frustrating trying to debug the issue. I am forced to manually track sleep stats which is disappointing. Update 3/30/2023: App still requires me to manually enter my sleep data. New watch, updated all tracker apps.

They provided great care. The day I went there was no wait at all. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is bc I asked them, before I went back, if there would be a co-pay or if they could give me an estimate of how much my Bill would cost & they did not answer me. In addition, the pricing (on website), although it was estimate, was not accurate. I was Billed $185 for a 3 min office visit & a piece of paper (prescription).

I like earning rewards through this app. Unfortunately Engage regularly loses or doesn't sync my steps from Google Fit. I make sure to open both apps before the end of the day and even when I see the steps appear on Engage that evening, when I log in a few days later on Engage the steps from a few days have disappeared. So frustrating! This never happens with my food diary and MyFitnessPal.

Horrible, avoid this app. It's a waste of time with too many problems. For starters registered info does not match but it should. When calling the wait is way to long. Hung up after 20 minutes. Call back and they are closed. Now the app does not open, seems to try and start for it's last session. Just a busy symbol keeps turning.

The app (and website) sucks. It doesn't find my location, it doesn't sync to my fitness tracker and it won't even log onto the device store. I called and spoke to customer service about my issue, they said they'd get back to me... They did so 3 weeks later and told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. Did that, still doesn't work.

No option to manually input anything. I have cheaper trackers that track everything needed but they won't sync. They do sometimes sync to Google or MFP but then those don't relay to Engage, so I can't get points for tracking. Also, someone else's claims show on the app... For a state, doctor, and services I never received. (They don't show on my actual insurance page though). I contacted tech support and after like a month, they couldn't get rid of them and told me to contact my insurance company. But the insurance doesn't show those claims, so they can't do anything. Overall lackluster app.

Works great so far. Would be nicer if the app had its own health-tracking system to help streamline reward point earning process. Instead of, having the users download, sign up and in some cases manually sync other apps that track and simply relay the data over. Fit bit seems to be the only universal way of tracking the major catagories being sleep, step count and daily caloric intake. However, if your like me and didn't buy into the hyper. There are free apps. Unfortunately
