Too many flaws. 1. If you are taking a call from your car, the transition from WiFi to Mobile data isn't smooth and results in a dropped call. It doesn't automatically reconnect. 2. Interestingly, when the call ends, it refuses to let go and keeps connecting back to the car audio. The only way to kill this is, is by turning off the Bluetooth. 3. If a scheduled meeting has over run, there's no option for participants to join or rejoin.

I cannot say enough negative things about this worthless app. I got a brand new phone, hoping that it would help with the issues. Instead it's even worse. Rings only about 2/3rds of the time. Takes several seconds to connect, by which time the caller is saying "Hello? Hello?" Frequently mutes me while I can still hear the caller. There is absolutely no issue with my Wi-Fi or data. The app is simply hot garbage.

Generally has been great for a long time. Latest build doesn't work well with Bluetooth devices on my Samsung S23+. It says "using Bluetooth for audio" and the proceeds to play through the phone speaker; changing audio device results in no audio. Interestingly, this original review was from 2019, and has been working ok, but now seems to be having the same issue again- possible regression?

Had to switch to the updated app today for a meeting and am very unimpressed. It would not accept my Bluetooth headset, nor would it accept earphones connected via a cable. On full volume, I had to hold my phone's audio output to my ear to hear anything - clearly a significant issue when I'm participating in a meeting.

It has some issues. After I did signin when it attempts for refreshing messages or chats, it again redirects to web signin page. I signin with MFA, it launches app, within few seconds it again redirects to web signin page. It is in loop. Setting up WebEx meeting app was successful in first attempt after one time MFA. After installing WebEx meeting, tried signing in with WebEx app again. Same issue. Nope, WebEx app has bugs. Can't use.

Has started logging me out constantly. Then when I try to log back in it will crash every time I enter my username and hit log in. I have to keep clearing my app storage to reset and be able to log back in. Incredibly frustrating that I keep missing messages because I was unexpectedly logged out of the app.

Always is horrible. Microsoft Teams is way better. We have 64 employees and 75% of them have constant issues. Webex on desktop works a little better. We also have the dedicated Cisco desk phones and the entire system is always buggy. At the moment, i am dealing with the on site switches going down so we are forced to use the Webex app. It has been nothing but issues and horrible service for 2 years. Trust me, as soon as our contract is up, we will switch to MS Teams

I've been using Webex for years on my PC for appointments, which worked fairly well. My OS has been phased out for this software however, and now I'm forced to use this app. The app appears to at least allow for video, but audio is so low, I have to dial in on my phone to speak over voice & it's not always understandable over the app. I'm giving the app 2 stars rather than 1 because it's at least semi-functional, but definitely less quality than when I was able to run it on my PC.
