이후 수익사업에 대한 정부로부터의 법적, 세금 등의 공세 합법적 차단, 재정 사업에 대한 투명성을 확보를 위하여 영리 법인 설립이 검토되고 복지협동 사업단 운영위원들이 출자하여 2014년 3월 노동복지나눔협동조합 설립
