The Praxis app is designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. If you want to live, look & feel better, then this app is for you! Here, you will find plenty of materials and tools so that you can better yourself and get closer to your true potential. Whether you want to lose body fat, build muscle mass, get stronger, improve your cardiovascular health, or just feel better overall, this app is has been made to support you every step of the way.

The app provides personalised workout plans, built around your specific goals and current abilities. You can log your workouts directly in the app, view demonstrations from our continually growing exercise library and view your previous history, even during a workout. This is one of my favourite features as you won’t be left wondering what you lifted last time around, simply check your exercise history and carry on progressively overloading those weights!

When you join Praxis, you'll be able to log all of your meals and track your macros right here on the app, ensuring that you stay on track with your nutrition. In the future, you'll have the option to receive a customised meal plan with a weekly shopping list too. Custom meal plans will be tailored to your individual needs and preferences, making healthy eating easier than ever. At the moment we have over 250k foods in our database, but if that’s not enough, you can also add your own. Right now the app is full of quality dietary advice. When you sign up, you’ll receive a tailored nutrition guide which includes a breakdown of you calorie and protein targets depending on your goals and what you want from your programme.

Our weekly check-ins are designed to help and support you throughout your journey. The aim of the check-in is to motivate you, hold you accountable, explain which areas you could improve in and also let you know what you’re doing well. Our check-ins are so important! I believe this is part of what makes the Praxis app a premium 1:1 coaching service. This is where the coaching happens! It’s one of many differences between a simple PDF workout or diet plan and what you’ll receive from the Praxis app. You can also check-in, ask questions or get in touch anytime you like directly via our in-app chat messaging feature.

Daily progress tracking and habit-building are also included. You can set your own fitness goals and see your progression over time. As you continue along your programme I can make necessary adjustments and keep pushing you in the right direction.

The Praxis app includes an educational resource vault that's packed with valuable information on nutrition, fitness, and healthy living. You'll have access to a wealth of information that will help you make informed decisions about your food, health and wellness.
