The iDOC EasyTrack App allows you to link your 'iDOC Watch V2' with your mobile phone. Get an 'iDOC Watch V2' to track your activity, blood pressure, workouts and sleep. Get notified of incoming calls, SMS on your 'iDOC Watch V2' along with notifications from social applications. With iDOC, you will find a more targeted approach to managing your fitness and health.

Activity
Activity tracking is one of our favourite feature. This automatic detection allows you to start exercising without having to fuss with the watch and shows the data you need, like steps, distance, calories burned and active time. You can even track your run session using GPS on app and monitor your performance with insights.

Sleep
Track your sleep quality (light sleep and deep sleep). Watch your rest levels to ensure you have adequate sleep and perform your best. Ample sleep improves productivity, motivation and safety at work.

Blood Pressure
Your blood pressure can be measured from certain devices and tracked through this app. Although this does not replace validation and visit to the doctor for high readings, blood pressure variability (BPV) is an important parameter that a single reading at the clinic cannot achieve and can assist in predicting stroke risk.

Fitness Badges & Rank
Level up your game by doing more and living healthy. Achieve Fitness Badges by completing goals and rank-up over time. Invite your friends and family to join and nudge and cheer them as you follow each other’s fitness progress.

Get advice
Send information directly from your device to a care coordinator who can assist with health coaching, allowing you to perform your best. The device can also transmit your details to a doctor in the EasyCare Panel and help your trusted GP/family doctor understand your health better.

Other Features:
Some devices such as the iDOC WATCH V2, is capable of receiving alert for calls, SMS, emails and social messages. It even allows you to find your phone by ringing it when it is on silent mode. The app also comes with a sedentary reminder to remind you to keep active.
