The chatbot is NOT an AI and admits so much several times. It's all scripted with responses that don't feel natural to me. I get what other reviews say about being very focused on a neurotypical world view. The guided meditations are corny and awful. When I completed those sessions my resilience score went down, not up. That said, I appreciated the initial test of resilience, which did show the underlying areas affecting me at the time. Worth a month's fee for that, but not longer than that.

I love the app! Thanks to the purchased version, I get access to all of the valuable contents and it's full potential. The only downside in my opinion, is three fold. 1. It seems like the chat text box has a limited display capacity which cuts part of the information I or the bot coach send. 2. There are few syntax/spelling mistakes. 3. The content is very directive, which can bother some people, although you can still take advantage of this way of interacting and get a maximum of information.

I'd love to see an option to skip the fake chat, or at least skip the "typing" animation - For a fast reader it's painfully slow. As a 30-something user I'd much rather read the days information in a paragraph - it feels as though it's trying a bit to hard to appeal to a younger audience. There's not a ton of functionality - I wanted to review my report but all I can do in app is go through the chat & have it emailed again. l love the concept & the actual learning content.

This app has helped me achieve the management of my mental health since commencing this program. At times I find it difficult to see my psychologist when it is most needed therefore, I have found this very convenient and easily accessible especially in times of despiration. It allows me to track my progress and improvements. It genuinely feels as though I am chatting to a friend with no judgements. Only recommendation is that the modules could be longer

The Driven Resilience App offers a full set of domains that is explained thoroughly and based in a chat program that guides one through all the aspects and step that are relevant for taking you forward even when you are faced with adversity. The daily routine of using the program according to my personal need for preparing my mindset for each step of the journey creates powerful habits for the mind. That is most helpful. The themes are all spot on and relevant for the times that we live in, The dire need to consider all aspects of resilience and keep them in balance is a powerful feature of the program. Dedication is clear in the well-considered, thoroughly studied components of which the sections and their chats are composed. I find it most valuable for turning my brain functions towards constructive thinking through subtle guidance. Well done!

I helped to design this app and I totally love it! It's helped me through plenty of tough times and Driven is constantly teaching me useful skills that we tend to forget over time. Still a few things to fix here and there of course, but overall it's fun and easy and just awesome to have a daily resilience companion!

Having suffered from low self-esteem, major clinical depression and severe anxiety for many years due to PMDD, fibromyalgia and considerable stress over the years, I have to say that this app is remarkably good at making me think about my feelings, my experiences and how to turn the feelings into positives, wherever possible. I've not paid for the full features yet but I'm really considering it. Really impressed by the app thus far! Great work folks!!!

Don't bother! The free download isn't worth the time. You get to watch the first lesson - and everything else is locked behind a paywall. So if you want to chat with an AI about some fairly useless information (unless you want to pay for the rest of the dubious story about their "research" and the benefits of it being spoon-fed to you by an AI) about the brain, and then take a short quiz to test your comprehension - go ahead and waste your time. If stuff's there, I couldn't find it.
