Should have read the reviews before installing the app. Apart from some of the issues already mentioned in other reviews like having to re-take my driving license more than once, I encountered something totally annoying. I can sign out of the app but I can't leave it at all, not even making a call. Only restarting my phone allows me to leave the app and use my phone again. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail.

It works.. but not without many frustrations. The inputs don't allow the use of password managers (which makes the platform less secure), it asks you for way too many personal details on registration, and it's very very slow. I often also get app not responding errors popping up. Only reason it isn't a one star review is that it is, technically, working.

This app always shows me as having no bookings.........most times I have hangup in either selecting a vehicle or making payment......if you pay in full payment does not include the extra driver charge......updates should have an opt out as I didn't really have time to load an update but wished to review my account . I couldn't do that without update........I have been a customer for 4 years and despite loading many compulsory updates things have not really improved. Here's hoping......

Usually pretty good, however it's not recognizing the photos that are loaded up...keeps on saying that we need to load the photos of the drivers licenses up .. yet we have... update - user error on the application, important information for anyone checking in on the ap, make sure you photograph both front and back of the drivers licence, otherwise it doesnt work GO rentals are amazing, second time using them and checking in online helps to avoid ques and get on your way alot quicker, plus the staff at the Auckland Airport branch are super helpful and friendly :)

Luckily GO Rentals are better than their app😢 Can't even get to my booking now as a mandatory update isn't happening. I've been a customer for some time and there always seems to be an issue with this app. A pain when you need to use it in real time. Later:app update downloaded. Trying to Check In using the app is not possible. App won't accept birth dates, license expiry dates etc. Is the person doing the app design the otherwise unemployed teenage child of the company owner? Feels like it.

I tried to put this app on my husband's phone as we have hired a vehicle later in March & it's totally frustrating, in fact the worst app I have loaded for getting in. You have to turn the phone off to get out as others have said, which us ridiculous!

Can be convenient, and remote access to tesla rental is cool. Would be nice to be able to precondition the car before winter driving. PROBLEMS with the driver license page, can't set proper dates as they all stuck at 01-01-1900

Promising app, but couldn't try it after since it doesn't allow me to paste my password nor use my password manager auto-fill. This would limit me to choosing a password I can memorise and type, which is generally less secure.
