The app really fills a need but: - you have 50% chances to have your appointment cancelled or the practitioner just doesn't show up. - the video interface is buggy. - you have to double auth all the time when you connect to the app

les médecins laissent les rdv en attente de validation, ça sert à rien de ae mettre comme disponible si les rdvs ne sont pas vraiment pris en compte pour les médecins

Premier connexion en moins 2 minutes. Je vois le medcin et mon image video est egalement presenté. Mais le medcin en ligne ne parle pas. Je ne sais pas si'il m'entend ou me voit. J'entends lui tapé sur son clavier. Il coupe apres 30s. 20€ pour rien. Donc je contact le help en ligne. Finslement j'ai eu une remboursement, j'ai refait ma demade et j'ai eu un medcin.

Je me suis réveillé avec infection d'un oeil à 9:00 a.m. C'est pas grande chose mais urgente car c'est très incomfortable et je devant aller au boulot . Mais rdv pas possible avec mon médecin traitant dans 14 jours. Donc j'ai téléchargé Hellocare et après des démarches simples, j'ai crée un compte et lancé un appel vidéo. A 9:30 a.m, un médecin général m'a répondu et il était à l'écoute et professionnel. Après la consultation, il m'a envoyé l'ordonnance et je suis allée à pharmacie tout de suite. Après tous ça, j'ai pu encore arriver au boulot à l'heure avec un oeil plus comfortable. Rapid et éfficace. Donc, l'expérience est très positive. Pour des problème de santé pas compliqués, cette appli permet de parler avec un médecin sans attendre et d'etre rassurée, et d'avoir une ordonnance rapidement. En plus, avec l'ordonnance et carte vitale, les médicaments sont remboursés. Par contre, la consultation n'est pas remboursée. Mais le temps vaut bcp plus. Je recomomende.
