I think the company has to make up it's mind if they wanted to be taken seriously as a property search app or as a Lazada link. What a frustrated experience using this app. Besides, a lot of fake ads , with cheaper price just to fish your contact and promote you other higher price unit. Agent should also post the actual picture of the unit rather than being lazy or dishonest and stating "photos shown are for illustration purpose" bs. Just like posting a new car photo and selling a used car.

hard to find specific locations for sale of property. some agents are fake. post the units that are not for sale. n direct to another place. we want specific locations. example open map n see directly which are really for sale or rent. many years this app still the same outdated app.

Can't send feedback to them, inconvenient. The service quality is poor, The agent update the same property again and again, it makes it hard to find place / property They also change the price when you meet them, usually put a cheaper price to get customer. Like scamming. Furthermore they don't update when it's rented, And it wasted a lot of my time.

Many agents do not put up actual photos, but instead post either nicer photos of other properties with the same layouts, or photos of properties that are completely different, all for "marketing". The app doesn't appear to have a mechanism for reporting such activities and shutting down those ads.

Annoying app. Just from scrolling, you will keep selecting the advert (Lazada) by mistake. Makes browsing experience very unpleasant and annoying. The agents pay so much to put up adverts on your platform and yet you put up so many 3rd party adverts. Used to be my favourite app for finding properties but not now anymore.

The app is good. But they can improve by letting users notify them of agents that are putting up misleading ads. There are so many agents that put up photos not related to the actual unit at all, low rental just to get attention of prospects and incorrect info.

My experience with this app has been a colossal waste of time and effort. I expected a reliable property management tool, but all I got was disappointment and frustration. I strongly discourage anyone from downloading this app, as it's a prime example of misleading information and a complete waste of time. The developers need to make substantial improvements to identify and remove all ads that is misleading from so called agents!

It's been a year now.... Why are you still letting scammers put up fake listings? Rent 800 but actual is 4000? Come on man... The following is from last year's review: There should be an option to report or block misleading listings. I see listings that show a house for sale but the location is in puchong, sunway, petaling jaya. How can 1 house be in 3 different locations?
