Laundryvalue is an iPhone application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.

Simply use Laundryvalue to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.
• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.

For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

Not user friendly in the slightest. You can't even access any information about the nearest location from a phone that already has the app. It's a time waster. Also, what's up with ads playing when it's a paid site. Another less than helpful issue is that the location that offers this laundry service doesn't even have any way of putting any cash on the account. More of a time waster. The only thing that I can say is that at least the cycles don't cost 5$ or overcharge for the service, as of yet.

It's good except for the part it will sometimes steal from you. I keep tabs on how much I spend every time and how much should be left over I realized everything I would stay with 25 cents or 75 cents it would just zero me out. Which not cool. It happened multiple times but it's what they use in my building so no choice. It's also a little slow sometimes. But easy to use. It's OK.

My previous landlord contracted this company so I downloaded the app. I never had any problems using it. Starting the machines is quick and easy and it tells you when the machines are done, although sometimes it's a bit off but no biggie. With the App you do have to load a minimum of $10. Where I lived, the machines are only $1.50 but in a way it's good because I always had money for laundry. I do recommend loading only the amount of money you need because getting money back from these people is impossible. I requested some money back that I lost after a couple of machines didn't work and 4 months later I still don't have it. Now I moved about a month ago to a place that doesn't use this company and I haven't been able to get my remaining balance back because I keep getting an error saying I can't request it because my previous request is still pending.

Update: it looks like the ads are mostly gone. Thank you! Ads? ADS? Wow. Seriously, this is a paid service. The ad on the bottom of the screen would be okay, but pushing an ad after every cycle start?! If I need to add more time, I have to reconnect to the machine every time, because the ad push is disconnecting me. I am giving 2 stars, because the app is faster than when I abandoned it last time. Might abandon again once my credit runs out.

Awesome I definitely can't complain I've been using this service for 2 years and haven't experienced any issues, and if any of the machines break down they are within 2 to 3 days to service the machine, and they make sure any money that you have lost the make sure it is refunded in a decent amount of time. I always recommend them to everyone in the apartment complex!!!!

These machines will steal your money!!!! Always pay attention to the amounts take screen shots and check your refill history timestamps and your usage timestamps. Your account should NEVER go negative. You CAN'T use the machines if you don't have enough money. Even if your account hasn't gone negative still check!!! I've had allot of money stolen through the app. They reimburse me but I know it's taking more than I request for because I don't remember the exact amount. That's how they get you!

This app is easy and it works nearly perfect each time I use it. Sometimes I have to close that app and re open it to connect to the machines. Honestly the app owners think having adds play every time I use it and force me to wait the 10 seconds until it plays. 10 seconds may seem minor but it's a lot of time when doing laundry and trying to go about my day. I would not recommend because of that

We have found 3 times our deposit went negative, first time we thought it was a mistake but it repeated twice more. We called and spend hours to fix the problem, at the end the app have taken 8 dollars without being reimbursed. Bear in mind that we have to prepaid a minimum deposit of 10 dollars to use the service. This added to the problem to connect to the washing machine is very frustrating for the cost of the service.
