Its a really good security camera's system, very high quality definition, very good night vision as well, I'm amazed in what it picks up a night. It notifies us when someone comes up the drive or side of the house. But at times when replay back because it's been triggered, on action it freezes, but that could be our internet... not sure. Apart from that very good. I would recommend the product to anyone.

Many times the camera recording stops and then I have to turn the power switch on and off then it starts again. And I had paid the as a owner to keep the control of the CCTV camera with me but the company locks it and authorizes the distributor that the local distributor can see whatever is happening inside our shop or in the bedroom of the house whenever he wants through our cameras because he has kept a system of logging in with his email id. So my suggestion to the public is to think privacy

Pathetic and worst app ever! Constant crashes, laggy interface, and unreliable connection. Completely useless for surveillance—defeats the entire purpose of a security app. Developers need to fix major bugs or shut it down. Highly disappointing!

could have been a 5 star but since I downloaded the latest software I can not use the recorded playback. just says no playback available. I have logged in to the DVR and can watch playback with no issues at all. is this a common issue ?

I am very happy with hilook . I moved to another location and I still had my cameras and dvr with me. After two years I reinstalled the camera with dvr to see if it is still functioning. To my surprise It was working perfectly. That is after 5 years almost after first installation.

It's not bad, does the job however would be great if we could continuously stream on a tablet. Also the whole sharing and enabling mobile view is clunky as. Not as sophisticated as say Google Nest, but much more reliable.

no option to change date and time in mobile app. setting often get changed automatically.. really frustrating.. have given feedback in app also.. no response or service

good app but need more improvement as the latest user experiences and design must be change. all the apps are following the the same design, but more important is the user experiences whis is 0 in the application.
