This app works most of the time with minimal issues. If I use it to check in to my clinic and then watch YouTube or make a phone call while I wait in line after I go back to the app it will not bring up the same info i had before. I'll have to hit the 'check in' or 'queue wait time' button again to bring back my info. Slightly annoying.. otherwise it's a good app and it's easy to bypass the location requirements for some clinics.

This is probably the worst system I have ever experienced. I've been going to the quad county clinic for over a year and everytime I come, I leave within 10 minutes. With this new system, it takes an hour or more and the building is always full of people who also can barely hear the voice that calls out the numbers.. you cannot hear the voice , you cannot see the numbers on the screen at all. They're too small to read.thr estimated time on the app is WAY off. Terrible system. Hate it.

Great job and it works. The app is free and it saves a lot of time and allows us to check in ourselves as soon as we're within 175 feet of the dosing window so it is fair. The only down side to the app is the people who don't use the app have to check in with receptionist which sometimes takes longer and they complain and some of the receptionist's even complain too when they should be glad that it helps move the line faster.

Personally I haven't had any issues with the program, but the clinic, (Victory Clinic in Saginaw MI), has. According to them they have had a lot of 'hiccups' on their end. They have stopped using the program and when asked in the future they said probably not. Not knowing how competent their IT dept. is, I and many others would like to see Engage be available again.

This app used to be good until it wasn't! Now nobody can check in when they're able to when they have a drug screening for that day! It's definitely a problem, inconvenience & unfair for the people who have jobs to get to since you're automatically put last in line and have to wait however long it takes! You guys noticed the problem & said it'll be fixed ASAP back in the beginning of February, now it's almost April! It's getting old and kinda ridiculous now. PLEASE FIX NOW!!

I'm never able to check in using this app because it's saying I owe money when I don't owe. I always have an extra 2 days of payments in my account. No one at my clinic seems to know how to fix this problem. Can someone from Netsmart let me know what my clinic needs to do to fix this problem?

works great able to see how many patients are in-line, and gives me an estimated wait time. Can check account balance, and add money to my account by credit or debit if needed. has notifications for reminders of you have an appointment with your counselor or something. Allows me to check in to the dosing key when about to be at Clinic. You and tells me if I have a random drug test to do that day when I check in. It's been a great app I love it.

App usually works good but today trying too check the Queue times or my balance on the main screen and it just keeps saying queue time updating and never updates and then it says balance request submitted and never shows the balance , I can see my balance on the account screen but won't update too show on main screen but all the other features work like checks you in , but it's very aggravating especially if you want too see the wait time before you go up there too wait.....
