Downloaded it as it recommended over the website if you don't have a reliable internet connection. After logging in and downloading the content, I tested by turning on airplane mode and closing the app down and then opening it back up. I was able to get in without logging in but when I attempted to start a course. The screen throws a giant black window with a message telling me they don't detect and internet connection and to check my internet connection to resume! Why bother?

Your software is beyond terrible and outdated. First, you need two different platforms to access cert card, training material, tools etc . Really?? Second, your cdn is the slowest I have seen. Third, your app can't download training material unless you stay on the download page. You recommend wifi because of the size of the files but it seems really because your developers realize the garbage they produced is non functional. Here is a development tip for ya... 4G. The only game in town.💀

Does the job, but loading times are long and downloads could be optimized. I like that I can download single lessons and all of a course at once, but even with all at once it would be way more efficient to download them in batches, e.g. 5 in parallel, first to last rather than all at once. After all, usually people who download material tend to have less downlink anyway, e.g. on dive boats, remote islands. As it is, I'm getting the later lessons/reviews long before any I should start with.

Good thing this app exists to access the course offline but the experience is terrible. Even when the page is already downloaded, loading takes forever and often just never works so you have to leave and come back, sometimes multiple times. Also, the app does not remember which language you want to use for the course so you have to look for it everytime.

The training session is exactly as per web version and needed internet connection. But when the resources like the RDP tables and mRDPml calculator, after downloaded still requires internet, that makes this app of not much use. I plan on using the calculator in a boat somewhere on a dive location i middle of the sea but since internet connection required, this app is just not much of a use. Back to the web version and better save the phone resources for other apps.

Downloads keep disappearing a few times a day. While it's fine when I'm near WiFi and can redownload them, if I'm away from WiFi, I can't access any of the course content, making the app completely unusable. Please fix this

Top Application to Progress in your PADI Adventure. I started to use this application years ago and never stop since then. It's a great help to study on your e-learning, you may download all your courses as well as any other documents making part of the course and consult them offline which really helps depending on where you are. Great Application. 👌 Thanks Drew 👋

Terrible, I couldn't use it at all! Even with good internet connection all my pages except the content pages keep loading empty. So no content whatsoever. In the end I had to use the paper booklet my diving instructor ptovided. Totally useless!
