Used to work great, but the last couple of months there is some pop-up window after logging in that doesn't go away, so can't navigate anywhere. The app has become useless

We didn't see anything which our child's physician's website doesn't already include. They are using a newer interface than this, for self-serve immunization record reports, for example. No need to install this.

Doesn't open. Downloaded, found the correct practice info and tried to open. Flashes the purple screen and immediately closes. Don't offer an app that isn't ready for use.

It worked fine and then went to use today and wont work at all. Signed me out & when I go to sign in it won't open my keyboard to sign in. Not useful when you can actually access the information.

The bill pay doesn't work on the app and also when your scrolling to go down to look at the bottom of the page it does a automatic refresh.

App pulls up the practices website when trying to do anything other than call the office. Would rather just use the website

Unnecessary. Just use providers website. There is nothing more here that I couldn't find there. No need to take up space. Links took me back to website.
