Just download the app and getting an unknown error has occurred any fixes??? Update unsure if development knows but seems to a issue with the "remember me" feature when signing in, prompts error' unknown error' to resolve issue is unclick the remember me option will be able to login.

horrible UI I'm not sure what app these people were reviewing 2-3 years ago. but there is 0 point to this app. where are people seeing pay stubs and 401k, it's horrible to navigate. several links in the app just tell you to download the smartben now app. You can't click on your benefits to learn more about them. Have to go search through a list to find it and then download a pdf to try to read it. The fact that they have 1 4star review and a bunch of 1 stars in the last year tells you everything

Will not authenticate for me. Having to scroll through dates instead of just typing them in is horrible, and after doing it multiple times to get a code and then again to try to authenticate just to fail sucks. Going through this process the times and still not working equals FAIL!

In order to get an access code, the app asked me a series of questions, such as my dob, ssn, zip code. After I entered all those info, I still couldn't get the code. It says error and some of the info I entered were incorrect. I pretty sure I know what those info are. Please fix.

Bad app. Card categories do not include FLEX/HSA card . Must be listed as other. When you find (after hunting) the WageWorks "button" it takes you to the computer webpage that is in no way adapted for a phone .

I'm not sure what happened to this app from last year but I cannot sign in with with my access code and personal information. It just keep putting me right back to the sign in screen. Annoying

Having issues getting into the app. I Uninstaller it and reinstalled it and having trouble getting in. When I request for a new access code to be emailed to me, I never get it
