The App is very poor. Every time I switch off the AC and restart it or Switch off the router and restart the router, the AC gets disconnected and goes offline and I have to reset it again. There is no feature of auto login or auto reconnecting. The power consumption meter is not working as well. Please fix these bugs.

Loved the app but it lacks features like creating a custom profile "My Profile". Developers should add this feature to enhance user experience. Also provide a way to integrate it with the remote so the settings get synced.

Absolute 2nd rate app... the wifi is such a money grab scam just meant to increase the price of the product and lure people. 3rd party apps have better functioning than the official carrier app, not to mention the app should have more options for control than the remote controller but no.
What If
Total electrical quantity stopped updating after the 1st day disappointing 😕 but everything else is working fine BTW my AC model is XCEL LUMO Fxi Wi-Fi 5 Star Split Inverter AC. Edit: don't know how but it started working again from the fourth day and I'm writing this on the 10th day, so far everything else is working as expected.

Difficult to setup initially as instructions are not well described, I managed to due to previous smart ac experience.. but once the app is up its flawless. Carrier please fix this issue also with the section of alexa it talks about how Alexa works and not proper instruction of what needs to be done from a Carrier ac customer, please change these instructions to be very specific how to add a skill and which skill to be added etc!

Everything working fine. Infact, it auto connects with the home wifi. Just UI (temperature number digits overlap one another) needs to be fixed. And no proper information given how to connect with the AC. I just did it hit and trial. They should mention what steps to be followed to connect App with the AC.

After an update, working fine with android devices. But many bugs are still there. As there is not much features to get included every time, so the company is reluctant for regular updates. But Carrier should update regularly to be compatible with latest Android

very bad experience, app is getting crashed when I open it. even unable to try add device option. it should get minus rating. you can add your AC with "smart life" app, it works fine & smooth, then link with amazon Alexa to control it via voice.
