I've had to purchase an additional subscription to use my Android. They do not have the purchase option on iOS setup to purchase DuoPass. So it cost me $100 for a weekly subscription because of this...beware if you want to use DuoPass make sure to purchase it on the website or if using a mobile device use a browser.

First event setup was good however since then we have been unable to activate events going forward , despite following all the steps that were recommended on your site. This is totally unacceptable. We did several events that were futile due to this constant issue. Very disappointing especially since we paid a full subscription and was only able to properly do only one event .

Very Horrible Service! App didn't work for an important event but we were charged and the event didn't have access to the machine due to this faulty app. We tried effortlessly to reach them.The bank flagged them as Fraud but the charges went through. Spoke to a representative that understood and said the charges would be reversed. Another guy called & said he will not give a refund. Bad customer service, and Horrible app. Don't be like us & have a paying customer but no access to the software.

My app keep saying has a bug won't send video via watsapp says sent, but no one gets them. It's very frustrating considering you pay a lot for an app that does not work properly.

Not user friendly. Working out the kinks and possibly write a better review once I learn the whole features it has. for some reason I can't share the QR code with the other devices I have like apple and switching to and android which I own.

Firts events all good, after some eventes the app started giving lots of problems, stop worquing in the middle of a sesion, the videos never downlad to guests phones, etc, if continues like that I'll have to look for another plataform

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME... If I could give them 0 stars, that would be more accurate. It's too expensive and it doesn't work. I regret not reading the reviews on this one. Is not worth it, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND $$$.
