The subscription is too expensive for a basic transcription tool. Compared to versatile AI platforms with robust features, the cost seems disproportionate. I also don't like to commit to monthly or yearly plans since I only need transcription occasionally; I'd prefer a pay-as-you-go model, where I can purchase specific transcription hours (e.g., 100 hours for $20).

I was under the assumption that this app would allow you an unlimited amount of credits after purchasing a subscription, but I found out I was completely wrong. After finding out, I chatted with their AI bots, just to be further disappointed by finding out there are no options to have unlimited credits. This app has a lot of potential, but without have an unlimited subscription, no reason for me to continue with this app. You guys need a clearer explanation for this before people consider.

predatory. it let's you record for a long time but doesn't tell you that it won't let you see more than 5 mins, you can't export without paying money, your audio is basically lost. but they do have a trial option, so if this happens to u, use trial. otherwise app is pretty legit for what it is, specially if u have a use for it. I will be use Google transcribe or something in future.

it takes far to long (hours) for the file to be audio file to be converted into text and I have to wait for this to complete before starting another recording. I have a lot of small quick meetings and need to have one being converted while I start another.

I hope this is the same app as Transkriptor. Not sure why I get sent here when I'm trying to rate Transkriptor. The icon looks the same. Anyway, it does all I need. I like the ability to name the speakers and output everything to text, but I always get an error message saying "please contact support". But the saved text file looks fine.

it just couldn't transcribe any of the audio I gave it. I tried with phone calls, voice recordings, etc. that I converted to a few different file types that the app accepts and tried multiple times per file, to see if a different format would make it work. It just couldn't do any of them. But my only interest was transcribing audio I already recorded, on another app. idk how well their other features work

just started and purchased the $119 yearly subscription with 3 days free first recording attempted failed then re recorded it showed the 13 minutes of audio but only transcribed to text 3 or 4 minutes. shouldn't charge if the app does not work. wouldn't even take a YouTube video url that was valid to transcribe said bad URL. What a joke. Time is precious and mine should not be wasted.

literally gives you a pay wall right after recording a long lecture and no way of downloading it. you're forced to do a 3 day free trial to unlock it and will immediately charge you over 120 dollar for a year if you forget to unsubcribe. if you're willing to cough up that much money, there are some decent tools like summary, learning but all of this is just open ai you can easily use with chatgpt, gemini etc
