Vitrea has a very good hardware, but their app is terrible. The user experience is unpleasant. There're many features that I'm missing. Such as setting scenarios on my own (even basics ones), giving custom names to controllers, boiler scheduler and more. The app reload all data and closes the menu every time the app returns from background. Their system is not cheap and it's It seems they neglected the software part. Even the cheap alternatives from China offer better application.

The app doesn't have any features. Nothing can be customized without a technician that have to come physically (!) and configure it manually with a proprietary computer software. It's 2021, not the 90s..
