Let us all know when the Spyware and bloatware gets removed from this. There is no reason this app should take up 300mb+ of storage on anyone's phone for any reason. When using the phones camera to scan anything my device gets very hot and battery drains really fast. Long term damage is happening to my device and I can't be told otherwise. This needs a full rework from the ground up and optimized.

Please bring back shift change options! Shift swap and offer is gone. This gives us no flexibility. There's times we're looking to pick up an extra shift or need a day off, but now we can't offer or swap shifts. Why not? App is helpful for checking schedule, clocking in/out, Ask Sam, etc. But having no control over our schedule leads to understaffed shifts, accumulated points and stressed workers, which is bad for everyone. Please bring these features back!

Does great while you're at work. But outside of work it is completely useless. Being unable to check anything relevant to your career, pay, or hours worked while not clocked in makes no sense at all. I should be allowed access to my own personal information at all times. Especially considering you HAVE to setup multiple forms of 2fa and security on the account.

Ok so why is it I can be right here IN my store and every time I try clocking in it keeps giving me a proximity error? Even try it with my stores wifi and of course you can't use Wi-Fi if not I'm the PROXIMITY! I glad we still have our punch clock for the time being because when we're only allowed to punch in/out they this app, it's gonna need to get better with detecting.

I really haven't had any major issues with the app. The only complaint I have and this is my store's fault, not the app. None of my team leads ever respond to my messages. To the point that I stopped using the feature entirely. The scan feature and ask sam is amazing as I can just ask my phone to find a product for me. Being able to request days off from home without making a phone call is also excellent.

I think it's a good app, it's nice that it doesn't log me out randomly as often as it did. I do wish there was more options for the report an absence area, like weather related, or transportation related, and instead of saying "none" it said "other" because none makes it sound like you don't have a reason you're calling in, other than you just don't feel like showing up to work, and there are valid reasons why someone might have to call in that aren't listed.

it's buggy, but it's useful when it's fluid. It needs to be optimized for the primary devices it runs on, like the older non-flagship Samsung phones. That would be my recommendation for the developers. The addition of viz tool to the app is buggy and closes, first time it's opened, every time.

I used to work for the company. This app allows you to check your schedule, request PTO/PPTO, report a tardy/absence. It's best to call the 800 number to report a tardy/absence. This app also allows you to use your phone for work related tasks such as pricing, stocking, doing picks for online orders and etc. The only problem with this app is it lags a lot and sometimes have bugs. It sometimes crashes as well or have downtime. It's kind of a shady app.
