I used to love WriterDuet but when it made a separate account with the email I already had registered it started getting really frustrating. The phone version does not work at all. The desktop version is alright but it's not worth it because I'm not at my desktop constantly when I want to write. The customer support is great though.

I enjoy the desktop version, but the mobile needs the option to not rotate the screen everytime you tip your phone a little. Even if I have my phone's screen locked in place, the app rotates the screen. No one wants to read and write horizontally on mobile. It's distracting and definitely takes away from the overall experience.

I really love the service, but the app is buggy. The biggest one is when I'm writing dialogue, click enter, and then the keyboard dissapears and nothing happens. To move forward I have to change the former dialogue to action, then click enter to start a new action line, then go back to change the lines back to dialogue, then got to the new action line and change it to a character and continue writing. REALLY frustrating when you're on a roll writing dialogue.

App is super slow and buggy to the point of absurdity. Can't type without letters being randomly swapped around, words getting mashed up into incoherent nonsense 80 characters long, and some pages not loading at all! Also, wrong version of the document keeps loading as default and there's no way to select the right one. Please fix the typing responsiveness! I don't want to keep fixing the bizarre letter sequences.

An amazing screenwriting software with atrocious mobile support. This app is filled to the brim with glitches and UI bugs that make using it nearly impossible sometimes. It freezes, the menu breaks contantly, all sorts of bugs appear when you type. It's absolutely terrible. If you're writing your screenplays on the go and want a mobile screenwriting software, don't even try Writerduet. It's only good on a computer.

Really like the desktop version (pro). App is still slow even on recent Android phones and fast networks, really only useful for emergencies or very long waits. Please continue to develop and optimize. WriterDuet is my favorite screenwriting program, and having a useable mobile version would add significantly to its value. An option to work off-line on at least a part of a script would also be great.

EDIT: The bugs and glitches i still experience with formatting are pretty painful. At first you can sort of work around them but eventually it becomes impossible. Originally voted 4 stars hoping it would be temporary but still no fix! Why? Writer Duet is a fantastic software for your computer. The mobile app, however, needs some more work to become more user friendly. With time and work, absolutely worth 5 stars, no question. Until then, 4.

Writer Duet is the best screenwriting software there is. Their customer support is always very fast and very helpful. This being said, I would love to see more work out into options for outlining and brainstorming new ideas. Also I'd love to be able to visualize different drafts and branches better. As of late they have had some problems with the speed of loading things. I know it's been a struggle but I still believe in their potential!
