The Zoho Mail Admin App is designed with a complete understanding of System Administrators like you. A classic Black and Red design reminiscent of the powerful system shell lets you manage all your admin tasks in just a few swipes. The App greets you with a lucid dashboard, showcasing upfront the total number of users and groups in your Mail account. Dig deeper, and you get to do all these:

User Management: Add users, reset passwords and change user roles, all on the go
Group Management: Add members to a group, remove members from a group and change roles
Mail Moderation: Approve/reject emails that need moderation (for those few emails that are too urgent to wait for you to get to your computer)
Storage Management: You can add extra storage for a user using the "storage" addon

Not quite as capable as the desktop app, but it has key info/data Edit: I had a problem when I followed an email link to look at the Zoho-quarantined emails. The Zoho quarantine page was "frozen." I did not realize that the link in the notification email was using my mobile Internet browser, and not this app, to bring up the Zoho Admin webpage. When I used this app, I was able to move around the app's quarantine page. Good job.

The Zoho service is great. I'm however having an issue with syncing and push notifications. I signed in with a desktop only to realize that I've been receiving messages for the past 2 weeks which never showed in the app. I've checked my data settings and permissions and ensured that they are properly set up. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the old operating system on my phone (android 5.0). You have to launch the app and leave the screen on for several minute before it syncs.

Very very bad App I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my account and a refund for any unauthorized charges. I have noticed that my account has been charged despite not having set up autopay or providing my card details for this purpose. Please confirm the cancellation of my account and provide a refund for the charges incurred. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within [a reasonable timeframe, e.g., 14 days], I will be compelled to escalate the matter to consumer court

Works very well, I mainly use it for creating email aliases when signing up for new services online.

The app has some bugs that need to be worked out. For example, the option to enable quarantine notifications via email doesn't work. Setting the option to enabled doesn't actually enable the option. You can confirm this by re-checking the setting and note that it you enabled notification via email, the setting reverts to disabled.

Zoho mail is just another overly bloated, overly complicated product from Zoho that has to many other programs necessary to to make it work. Email boxes do not sync up between devices so you will waste alot of time re-reading old emails. Setting up groups and distribution lists is overly complicated and confusing and like with all Zoho products support does not actually provide support. It is all copy and paste pre-written responses. The support agents literally have no idea how to use the software and cannot help you in any way. This is true in live chat, phone calls and email. All of Zoho's products are giant disappointment as nothing works as expected and everything seems to be purposely made to be complicated and difficult! Almost like they have a department whose sole purpose is to complicate, clutter and make their product confusing and difficult.

zoho really isn't integrated EDIT: each app has a different look and feel, and you have to log in separately. Some objects sync across apps but some don't. Email servers flagged by spamcop at least monthly. This is feedback, not a support request as I'm moving on.
