Camera was working fine until recently. I deleted all photos/videos, but it still shows 10 of each on the status page, but nothing in the gallery. It also isn't capturing any new photos/ videos, even tho I know there is animal activity coming thru my yard at night. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing changed. The status still shows 10 photos/videos, but the gallery is empty.

update: removing and readding the camera fixed the issue. after the last update, I can no longer connect via Bluetooth anymore. I followed all of the instructions. this is on a Google pixel 8. It was working fine until the most recent Android update, so I don't think it's the program, but they need to update it so that it works with the latest updates. It just is stuck on connecting on Bluetooth. But, I know the antenna is connected and everything is fine so this is clearly a software problem.

it needs to be restarted once a week and doing the suggested WiFi restart doesn't work. I have to restart my phone to get a connection so that I can see what was captured. BIG waste of time. I always check for updates so that is not the problem. I'm only 20 feet away from the camera so being out of Bluetooth range is not an issue.

I have the gardepro_e8p and so far works well with the app. My only complaint is the operating time setting seems backwards. I set it for 6pm (start) to 6am (end), but it took pictures opposite of that. Switching the times fixed it. Edit: The bug was fixed after update, thank you.

Doesn't stay connected very long, very difficult to clean photos off SD card if you let the photos build up. I couldn't find any way to delete them off the trail camera itself and the app only lets you do 60 at a time. Also I don't think the app actually deletes the pictures off of the camera. Really not even worth it at the end of the day; easier to sit and watch yourself.

No longer useful, after a recent update, the app No longer has the "select all "option when downloading photos and videos. Instead, each individual photo or video must be viewed before it can be downloaded. If the camera takes 100+ photos and videos, you may be in the woods for a very, very, very long time.

The app works fairly well. It does occasionally disconnect after viewing a photo or video. As other reviewers have mentioned it is annoying that every time an image is viewed the previews scroll all the way back to the newest and has to refresh all of the photos and videos. Fix that and it will be 5 stars. Also to those mentioning battery life on the camera I purchased an inexpensive solar battery pack from Amazon and have been at 100% for months.

Terrible, after this recent upgrade. In the previous version it was easy to connect to a camera. select the camera and enter the password. Now, the password entry area is SO hard to see! In the previous version, it was easy to see the date/time stamp when reviewing images/videos. Tap the screen and the Pause/backward/forward buttons would go away to reveal the time stamp. Not in this new version! A tap on the screen does nothing now! Enhanced version?? I don't think so! Change back.
