Doesn't work! My card doesn't work. Says No Page Found. I downloaded the app and there's no way to sync the card to it. Update Review: I changed it to 5 stars because they responded to my email right away and fixed the issue. Ive had my card for about 2 years now and has worked great. I had an issue recently, but they fixed it within 2 days.

The setup problem is NOT fixed. I just installed the lastest version, and it freezes or crashes at different places in the process. Why can't we do the setup from the web site using a computer? Typing would be much easier. Update: They are continuing to work on this issue. And it is possible to update your profile online, they just don't have the link on their main page

Downloaded the app today, but couldn't even go through the signup process successfully. The app forces you to give access to your photo files in order to upload a profile photo (no skip option). It forces you to provide an address (again no skip option) but search for the address didn't return any result. Bottom line, I wasn't able to complete the signup process. Very disappointed.

Conscious Robot

Unable to verify my phone number with the code they send. As soon as the code is sent, the app switches back to the prompt to enter my phone number again, and I'm then unable to navigate anywhere else and have to close the app. If my profile hadn't been wiped for no apparent reason I wouldn't have to do this. Not sure why all my profile links simply aren't there anymore to begin with.

Update: An app update fixed my issue. Thanks. I can no longer login on the app. After entering user name and password the app requires a "verifiable" phone number....no matter what number I enter it tells me the number is invalid and will not go any further or provide any other option for access or support. I sent a request via the website and haven't received any confirmation that it was received.

Too limited in the free version. Only one website link, and doesn't even allow you to edit the website title. Some text in the app is light color and difficult to read. To be effective, you're going to have to make this show people that are farther out than 150 feet. I live in the country. It detects nobody. I simply don't see it worth $4.99 a month. I can just make a "link in bio" and share that, or just my website address if needed, and when needed.

Great way to exchange information about yourself. Super fast and has many options for all your personal info. Cards are reasonable and durable. Had mine for about 2 years now. Every product has its issues but they are constantly adjusting and fixing their issues. Customer service is great they respond quickly. Overall a great product and app for your information exchange needs

I upgraded to pro and it's an absolute atrocity! Custom links won't save. The app won't stay in professional mode. Contact information will not send. So it basically does zero of the items advertised. This is the biggest waste of time and investment I've seen in quite some time. Looks like I'll be moving to the competitor.
