In-Command App s funkcí Global Connect je speciálně určen pro použití s naším 3. generace RV ovládání a monitorování produktu, který je identifikován logem Global Connect v reklamní velitele (LCD dotykový regulátor). Aktualizovali jsme grafiku App přidané funkce ovládání (včetně kontroly klimatu na kompatibilních systémů HVAC), jakož i možnost sledovat a kontrolovat vaše RV na dálku přes (připojení na Internet) na Cloud. Po připojení chytrého telefonu nebo tabletu na LCD dotykovým ovladačem systému a registraci cloud účet, velitel vám nyní dává „velí“ vašeho RV z libovolného místa.Místní (Bluetooth) a vzdálené (cloud) Funkce

So far after 2 weeks of using it the app isn't too bad. It definitely could use some improvements. Notifications for things such as tank levels and temperatures seems intermittent at best. Also it needs wyze cam support as they are very popular in the RV community. It's also very annoying that it constantly gives a popup saying connecting even when I am not using the app so I have to force close it to stop the notification. Hopefully a future update will help with these things.

Glad the app was finally updated. Took a bit of effort, but got it paired & running. Seems to work fine. So why the 1 star? What's up with all the permissions? To my phone, media & music files? Specific location? That's not kewl at all. And app won't work unless I allow you to spy on me, how rude. In the end, I have an old tablet that still connects, wo the nasty, spyware. I'm now going to delete the app. I'll check back to see if you've come to your senses & removed those permissions.

Update: absolute garbage. Flaming trash. Now gets stuck in App Info when you open it up. For some reason it wants access to make and receive phone calls. Works but there are issues. The app won't stop trying to connect to the in-command system when it's out of range which locks my phone up if I don't remember to shut it off before I leave the RV. The tank status doesn't update right away and conflicts with what's on the LCD panel in the unit.

Unreliable! This app needs fixed. It freezes all the time, daily. Error says account not found. Two minutes after starting the app it fails and restarts and I have to tap the dismiss button several times before I can close the app and if I don't close it I can't use it. It does the same thing on my husband's phone. Also cannot use it wifi only Bluetooth making it useless to use as advertised. Worse is that we have no other way to control our system except by the panel and a constant logging in.

Will NOT connect after pairing, so cannot say how the app is, but pretty sure if installation and log in is any indication, they need to pull this app and develop one that works.**7/4/22...yeah!!! Something broke loose. It connects. Granted takes like 5-8 timed but it will. Then controls are fantastic!! Changed to 3 stars

It does the job if I'm inside or barely outside the RV. It is super glitchy, but once you learn to get around them, it is tolerable. For example, some have mentioned that once it loses connection, it keeps popping up over other apps as it tries to reconnect. I now just remember to kill the app before walking out of range... Or pulling up my apps to close it as soon as I cancel the reconnecting dialog. This app definitely could be better, but it is functional at least.

Just bought a used trailer with the InCommand control so I downloaded this app. Paired my phone and made connection with my wifi: app frozen on loading floor plan. Tried to register with Global Connect but register button won't highlight to complete. Not sure if the system is still linked to previous owner but what a pain. Resetting th system seems overly complicated. No online help in any search, will have to try calling during business hours. Not a happy camper.

This is a great app, it works wonderfully to control many of my functions in my Cougar Fifth Wheel. It does have a couple issues that can be bothersome, it does not stop or close using the back button so is always on and becomes unresponsive, not sometimes, all the time. I have to go into apps, find it and force it closed or it keeps popping up saying it cannot connect when I'm out of range. Also, when I go to a function, say HVAC, it does not go back to the main by clicking the back button.
