After the recent update of NESCAFÉ É COFFEE MAKER app WON'T open. The app force closes instantly when tried to launch it. Need to resolve the issue by providing an update to the app.

purchased the product in Nov 18, and for a month it worked well. around Dec end, started getting a variety of error messages on the app, and many a times, the app wouldn't connect to the mug. a couple of troubleshooting by the customer support team gave temporary reprieve, but last few days, the unpredictability of the product has returned & last couple of times i was not even put through the support team, as they were engaged on other calls. no call back either. purchase at your own risk.

Hi, I bought this is months back from amazon and was working fine till past week. But now it shows a error "whisk is missing" everytime I use it. And when try to make coffee without thr app, the frother just spin first and then stops blinking both blur and green light. Contacted customer care but till now no response. I don't think that this is a software bug. Because while reading the reviews many complained in December but at the same time some are complaining now also.

Worst ever app. I purchased coffee maker and installed this app. But the app experience was a nightmare. I couldn't open at all. Whenever I opened it, there comes a message showing 'cannot download local configuration'. I was very excited to own a smart coffee maker but returned it disheartened. The concept is cool. But what is the meaning of spending 6.5 K bucks for a useless product. Never ever think of purchasing it. This is my humble request to those who wants to buy this.

The Bluetooth on the app has stopped working it keeps saying your phone is not connected to Bluetooth which is incorrect. Please fix this issue as soon as possible I want to use my mug again. I really loved the product and the app but I if I can't use it anymore what was the point of buying. Please fix it.

Although the machine itself is pretty good, easy to clean as well however be particular of cleaning or if you dont want it smelling bad. Since this is a rating for the app, its horrible crashes and does not connecy 90% of the time. Hence a waste to even consider using the app to make the coffee or maybe even rethink the product!

Everything is fine with this app just a few glitches which the developer must use it extensively to make it robust. The main concern as of now is the Login issues. Everytime i have to login in the account no matter the Keep me signed in box is checked or not. Other users have also raised queries in this regards. Please make sure to sort it out in next update.

Cannot download local configuration... Keeps on showing the same error message. If i can give a zero rating i would have given this app zero rating.. They mailed me that the issue has been forwarded to the concerned guys.. still waiting for the solution.... Worst app ever..
