App worked perfectly during the 7 day free trial. Now that I have been charged a monthly fee, it will stop randomly. Also the app does not give you the option to play any song in your playlist. You have to start from the 1st song then skip to the one you want. The meditation themselves are pretty nice along with the subliminal tracks. Just improve the actual app. Now I am logging in from another device and its showing that I am not a paid subscriber. I will be contacting my bank to dispute this charge.

Great content, but it keeps playing when I want it to stop and stops when I want it to keep playing. If I get a phone call or text, the app will pause, but after that particular track ends, the app just stops instead of advancing. I have to press the pause/play button to get it to play again. The pause feature doesn't work on none of my Bluetooth headset or cars. Also, if If I'm listening via Bluetooth and I shut off the connection, it just switches to the phone speaker and keeps playing.

I've listened to different guided meditations for many years. Some voices bug me and some music tracks are too intrusive. All of the WiseGuide meditations work easily for me. I look forward to selecting the topic that fits my needs for that day and know I'll be relaxed and asleep quickly. I wake up refreshed and in a great mood. Highly recommend. Just wish I had discovered them sooner!

Firstly I've been a fan of The Love Tapes since the 80s. With that said... Issues with app: 1. Has been stopping in the middle of playing, this has not been with every playback but often enough to be annoying 2. Cannot name my playlists 3. Isn't downloading tracks even though that option is listed For being a subscriber at $14.99 a month I feel these should not be issues.

Have had a great experience with this app so far. I'm currently on the monthly membership program and I'm taking advantage of several different programs. They have a lot of content to offer both hearing-level and subliminal. I feel their programs are helpful and effective. I have tried quite a few different providers, and so far I consider these some of the best. I'm very glad I stumbled across them one day when searching for effective subliminal programs.

I have been listening to ELS for many years. I love the content. It is very difficult when listening on my phone as the app stops in the middle of playing. I deleted the app and re-installed it. Unfortunately I have the same issue. I changed my star rating due to the prompt reply I received from my email. They were so quick and I am sure this will be resolved in no time. Perfect example of what customer service should be everywhere. Thanks!

I do like most of the apps that I have purchased from this program. But I really did not like one of them and immediately tried to contact the developer to see if I could get refund. Well that was a couple weeks ago and there has been no response to any of my requests....so I am now very disappointed. If the program and company is so wonderful, a quick response would not be too much to ask for.

so unhappy with this app. I signed up for an annual program as I loved these programs years ago on tapes. the app has been down for days and so has the effective learning website. I want access or I want my money back.
