For recordings shorter than 20 mins, this is great. For anything longer it just says that there is an error transcribing it and there is no way to fix that meaning that I lost all the notes I had been trying to record and transcribe. It does save the recordings but it doesn't do what I need it to and it takes so long to transcribe it that I can't just stop every 20mins to do that. After the response I checked I have the latest version and a meeting that went for an hour still won't transcribe.

I recently purchased premium plan but found it unsuitable for my needs due to the following issues: The app doesn’t support transcribing long recordings (over an hour). Recording stops when my phone screen locks, resulting in missing audio. I cannot upload external recordings, limiting its usability. Given these limitations, I kindly request a refund.
