Very bad experience... I was charged 2 months for only staying 2 weeks at the location, and it was only because I was forced to move my property from the location. I emailed their customer service and even disputed it with my credit card. But in the end, I was still charged for 2 months because they stated per their policy "no refunds." The host also contacted them to tell them to refund me, but in the end all the company cared about was charging for 2 months! Never using this again.

We liked have used Neigbor for a couple of years and their customer service was great until recently. Now, they are ghosting us and won't respond to my support inquiries about a problem tenant. They had said they would remove a tenant's vehicle who stopped paying after a certain date and now they won't respond to emails, and their phone line is down. The main reason we have used them rather than just renting out spots on our own is for the protection. Without that, it is not worth it

It was great while we were using it now that our contract with our neighbor is concluded I constantly get emails that I owe money and if I don't pay it they'll send me to collections. My stuff has been off the property for a month now and the extra charges are for the first month it wasn't there. I have reached out to support several times and no response yet get an email everyday and a charge attempt aost everyday to get their money. Thank god I have it attached to an account I can keep empty.

Easy as Pie. This service is the absolute bomb. My girlfriend and I needed a place to store items for several months until acquiring a different place to live and it took me literally 10 minutes to find and choose the place and. pay for it. Thanks Neighbor you guys saved us a bunch of drama.

Easy to list. Easy to earn some extra cash. Only downside is the fees, but they are providing a service.

Had a horrible experience with the person I was trying to rent from so I called to get my money back as I never got access to the place I was renting. But the neighbor customer support was extremely helpful and I'll use them again next time I need to rent a storage space

So I downloaded the app looked at a few places and sent a message to a perspective host with a message as I will need help with access to my Rv was contacted by someone named Blessy who said she is a representative of the neighbor app long story short have lost all connection to the Internet on this app and Blessy doesn't seem to exist anymore can't use app because the app refuses to connect to the Internet on my phone btw everything else works just fine on my phone just not this app

I rented for 5 nights while visiting family in the area. Paid for a full month, which is fine. But it was a hassle to cancel & avoid recurring payments. My host & accommodations were great!
