Although the app has a lot of useful features and it is easy to configure and use, the controllers fail rate, at least in my case, was high. I bought 8 shutterbox controllers and 2 are no longer working in about one month, which is really disappointing, as these are not the cheap segment. Edit: each of the failing controllers was on a different phase with some other devices and nothing else had operating issues. I discussed with local rep and they will replace them. Thank you for support

Device doesn't work for a few hours once there's a short internet interruption (1-2'), like a router restart or refresh -and without power supply issue- according to blebox support it's a protection mechanism (device is also interrupting sometimes) -> update improves, I've added a star. Remotely there aren't so many options. Other devices I've got at home are better designed for the domo market. Don't buy that!

EDIT: After applying developer's suggestion it works fine. Original review: The app does not see my wLightBox v2 even when connected to the device's network. There is an info about enabling network permission but there is no permission like that, only Contacts, Files and Location. I'm on Pixel 3a, latest Android.

I've 3 window shutters, and it works - but poorly. Since a new mobile phone I cannot connect, setup or control all 3 at same time. Additional: years old remarks for coming soon instructions in english. I've so many troubles and frustrated.

Unable to add skill set to either Alexa or google home. UPDATE> Thank you for your reply. The trouble is i get as afr as the authorization and then nothing happens, it does not appear on my linked services. I actually spoke to a lady at your office and she informed me that the LED single channel system only currently works, the 4 channel will hopefully be ready in around 30 days. Is this correct?

After changing tBox to this wBox, all 3 devices I have died on the first update, simultaneously. E-mail to support sended, but there is no hope it will help.

App looks VERY dated now and the effects are seriously limited. Would love to see an update to add more effects and customization. Then would happily return to 5 stars.
