I paid 19.99 for the annual subscription and deeply regret it. Every 5th button push brings up a new ad on my phone that is horribly annoying! After having paid for something that's free everywhere else I expected it to stay connected to the TV (it doesn't) and I expected no ads (they're way too frequent!). I forgot to cancel in time after my free trial, that's on me, but having a horrible PAID FOR app is on you. Don't waste your time or money with this.

Does not work. We have 3 Roku devices in our home and it will only connect to one. We lost the remote to our smart TV, so I paid the $25 hoping this would replace it. Thankfully we eventually found the remote, but this was a complete waste of money. I'd still use it even though we found the remote if it would connect to our Westinghouse TV. Also, we tried the "free" 3 day version first, but when it didn't work there was no way to cancel the trial! Scam.

It's mostly great, except when it's a certain time of day, like past 8 pm my time, I get tons of ads...like every five to ten seconds. I paid for my membership, I shouldn't be dealing with this. Please fix this! ETA: I restarted my phone more than once and I'm logged into the original account. I've never been logged out of my original account. I tried the restore purchase feature per your suggestion, I hope that fixes the issue. Not sure what happened there to throw things off.

No audio or volume control. Disappointing. After I discovered the makers of this app, it was self-explanatory. All in a foreign language. Hmmm....there you go?? Not much choice these days. Not much made in the USA, or maybe we're just selling out. I see some are being charged 19.99. That's not what I'm paying, but it could be because I have no audio or volume control??

It's good but to many ads. To pay $19.99 and see more ads than se of the controller itself is just a waste. Gonna spend the $40 and buy a real controller and cancel this subscription unless there is something done about all the ads for paying consumers UPDATE: I read somewhere in the comments that someone had the same problem as I did with the ads. And it was suggested to restart their phone. Well, I figured I'd try that. it worked! No ads. So idk if you got to keep doing that, but it worked

I have the yearly subscription for 19.99 It seemed to work fine at first. Then I went to use it again and I CANNOT type ANYTHING WITHOUT CONSTANT ADS. ITS SO ANNOYING!!!! They interrupt with an ad between every letter typed. So if I have to type in the movie Bad Boys. It's gonna give me an ad between every letter. Yea. I can't. I'm so done. I will buy 100 remotes b4 I deal with this app again. I'd rather put out money in a real remote than to lose my sanity dealing with this.

So this works ok I paid the one time fee to get full access but what's very annoying is that if I go to pause the TV for whatever reason it loses the connection to the TV and it will not even show the TV to connect to which is very frustrating because I use this for my kids TV because she's constantly losing her physical remote. Please fix this issue so that maybe it stays connected to the TV that I need it for

Will let you use the volume and return button for a little bit and then nothing until you pay for a monthly or yearly subscription. The app itself is garbage takes forever to open then immediately directs you to the subscription page and once you've exited out of that you have a add to watch for every button you push.
