Before we couldn't do a MILKRUN without being forced to take a photo. Now if it's not marked 'contactless' there's no option at all to take a photo!? What this app fails to do is account for customer change of mind, they might mark it as a drop off and come out to meet drivers anyway or leave before drivers can hand over orders at meeting point.

There are so many bugs in the app. I never get notifications on time or when they are sent. only when I open the app. it lags so much and really slow when taking photos.

Bring back text messaging to customers, keep history of chats to Dispatchers and AC, still bug since the beginning where it signs you out for no logical reason, ability to send message to Dispatcher and swipe job as complete when you are out of mobile coverage - store command in a DB and automatically retrieve it when you get good cellular coverage again. The app loses some handy features like the ability to message customers and in fairness gains some useful improvements with each iteration.

absolutely useless, you guys seriously need to make this app better, it logs you out, dosnt let you in because it says your password is wrong. this is bloody ridiculous and I'm not even a driver my sister is and this happens constantly to her. them the driver gets in trouble when your useless maintenance team or tech team who can't create a decent app.

I reckon it would make sense to add a tipping option so customers can tip the driver! There is no reason not to add it and it would benefit the drivers. It would also be cool if you could have your own profile and there should be weekly bonus if you complete said amount of deliverys. Overall the app covers the basics, but I fell as if there is a lot of potential possiblitys to benefit everyone further

Photos Take forever to upload, usually have to do it a couple times before it works. Can loose a few minutes of time waiting. Bring back the option to skip, frustrating when the person meets you but still have to try and upload a photo. Messaging with dispatch has many bugs, have to continously close and open again for it to work.

I tried working with Delivereasy, and it was a huge letdown. I’d sit for hours with barely 1–2 orders, and rejecting a bad one meant no shifts later. Pay was terrible—long drives for a few dollars. Dispatchers changed daily and gave jobs to their favourites. No support, no fairness, just wasted time and fuel. Compared to Uber Eats or DoorDash, this was the worst gig experience I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend Delivereasy to any serious drivers.

No notification sound when connected to bluetooth
