Glitches quite often and doesn't work. Fo r example, in the middle of watching cold justice, screen goes black and "something went wrong. Try again," comes up on screen. That started over an hour ago, still doesn't work. Restarted phone, logged out and back in, uninstalled then reinstalled app. App still won't work and this is by far NOT the first time it's happened.

I have to sign in every time I want to watch a show. And now it says I'm linked but it's not. Horrible app
An Idiotic Tirade
Revised from 5 to 1. I enjoy, rather I enjoyed the content. Unfortunately I too am getting the 3 loading dots now and nothing more. I tried going in to the app settings, deleting the cache and data, un-installing, re-installing, force closing, and restarting my phone to no avail. If there's a fix that I didn't list it'd sure be nice to recieve a reply telling myself and the many other users what it is.

The app won't let me link my cable provider. I have DIRECTV, and after I login to that account, I'm taken to a captcha screen where it won't allow me to enter it. I keep clicking submit, but nothing happens. I only downloaded this app to watch Bad Girls Club. Edit: I was FINALLY able to link my provider, but now I can't watch a single show. Not even the newer ones that are advertised through push notifications. This app is awful and it seems like the developers don't care.

Used to be a great app a long time ago. But now all it does is buffer and kick you out of shows......that is if it ACTUALLY even let's you into a show before telling you that there is something wrong and it won't load. This app is such a joke. I have contacted them and was told it was a problem with the area I lived in and my cable provider.....which I can see must be EVERYONES problem then I guess. 🙄

The app used to work great, but I've been having trouble lately, with it saying it's having trouble loading the show I want to watch. So I try a different show, and it says the same thing. Now I can't even watch anything. I've logged out, and logged back in, and still not working. I unlinked my TV provider, then linked again, and that didn't work either.

Useless. The app has no way to filter for shows that are unlocked, so you can either use the 3 credits given initially and then you're done, or you can sign up for a TV provider, spending $70+ a month. There is no way to buy credits and literally every show listed is locked. Why not just say in the app description that you have to have a TV provider instead of wasting our time? It'll be a long time before I watch anything from NBC on any platform.

I used to love this app because I love the content and true crime docs. It worked great several months back & before that, but since I redownloaded it, nothing loads. Anytime I click on a show it just keeps buffering with the 3 dots. Its not frozen and I even use my Wi-Fi at home and data to see maybe if that was the case, but it isn't on my end. Something is buggy with the app. Anyone else have this issue?
