I just got off the best customer service care for internet I've ever had in my entire life of 20 years messing with routers and modems! Using this app our start technician helper person was able to diagnose modem connection issues latency issues and went above and beyond to not just say that their network was working but to make sure that everything was looking okay in our house and that we are having the best experience.
