I dont know why so expensive subscription , all online session they offer are not recorded so you cant see even if you have paid them the charges are so huge but in return you get services that are not usefull at all . Atleast keep recording of online session otherwise fir what i am paying for premium for working professions this is useless app , use it to build connection no need to pay for premium or anything here

All the free services are really great. There is absolutely no point in going with the pro plan. You'll have to do everything yourself. Other consultancies offer better services at a fraction of the price. Once compare with other consultancies in the market before getting fooled with yocket pro. People are humble though. App issues: App keeps crashing while searching for a few universities. Chats are not optimised. PS: Private universities are only suggested.

Quite the buggy mess still. Sometimes nothing works and other times everything works perfectly. What irks me the most is that the services are not streamlined on the app and the website, like sometimes I can see admit chances on both, other times only the app and not the website. Really inconvenient. And secondly, why can I not just leave group chats? Is there a feature I'm missing? Or is it mandatory that once you are there you cannot leave the chat...

App is an excellent service provider to the students. I hope you continue your service in the same way benefitting students. My only Suggestion is that, I think the App uses significant amount of data, which makes it slower. It takes a long time for the app and it's features to load. Optimization in the 'app size' and in its 'usage of data' is required. Rest everything is Best

The UI of this app is the worst thing I have ever seen. I don't understand why they don't fix the issues even after multiple people posting the issues in the review. If we need to look into latest messages every time we need to restart the application. Also after seeing the messages the notification numbers won't disappear, it takes time to disappear or we need to restart the application. I don't understand why yocket team is not fixing these issues.

Horrible app. Keeps crashing every time I try to enter new data. Every time I open the college finder section the app stops working and my phone hangs. It isn't even just the app, the platform itself is terrible as well-- they don't provide any actual guidance. The concept might have been achievable and good to an extent, but the execution is dismal. Don't bother downloading.

It's kinda crashing always, and the option to add research paper is not anymore there, i raised even query about it, they said it is solved, still my profile doesn't show that option though, it unnecessarily bans messages saying it violated content guidelines! If I'm creating a group inside yocket for my domain communication for example computer science fall 2023 group, it should atleast have an option to give that link publicly, afterall the app is to find connections and information!

The UI is buggy and cumbersome. The chat system is deeply flawed. It takes a long time for messages to be updated in the group even after receiving notifications for them. The app is slow to load and initialise. A number of times I had to relaunch the app just to get a certain section to reload/show itself. You guys have a real unpolished gem here. It's great that you have a wide repository of different colleges, but if the UI isn't working, users can't access the info, making the app useless
