As many others have said, this is a scam. No one answers phone nor emails, driver doesn't show up and no way to request a refund. Stay clear from these thieves.

Mauvais service client!! We recently arrived 16 of December to Paris. Due to flight delays, the driver couldn't wait one more hour. We tried to contact their headquarters and speak with the driver. We're now trying to contact their phone number or app to flight back. The app works horrible and crashes every time you're trying to move to the next thing. The app and customer support is a FAIL misleading system. If you've planned to book with this service, I wish you luck to get your money back.

I am very disappointed. I booked couple of ride with naveco. No driver picked up us without notification gor the 1st booking and the application did not reimburse us. So, I wanted to cancel my next ride, and they refunded only 50% of the ride. It was supposed to be fully refundable. Avoid this app.

Made a booking a couple of weeks ago but had it cancelled less than 48 hours before without any explanations. Don't mind about explanations mind you but I do mind I have to find another company again while I thought this one was done.

App does not work. Takes payment but does not give any confirmation. No way to change password.

Service nul, du n'importe quoi, même avec toutes les informations d'heure d'arrivée du vol, le chauffeur ne veut pas patienter ou se garer dans le parking, et nous accueillir correctement avec une pancarte. Il préfére faire des entrées et sorties répétitifs dans le parking. Vraiment très déçu de cette expérience, je le recommande pas du tout. Ils sont ps du tout professionnel j'imagine des chauffeurs vtc qui s'abonnent a l'application pour se faire de l'argent. Nul nul nul. A éviter.

"Guarantie Aeroports/Gares" complètement BIDON. Ne faites pas confiance ou vous vous ferez avoir aussi. Pas sérieux, pas fiable,service clientèle NUL.

Service et app inacceptable. Course annulee avec 1h de notice dans raison valable; promesse rompue de remboursement en 2 jours... Et impossible de changer détails de carte paiement !
