This app doesn't work. I downloaded it on July 19th and was charged right away. It didn't give me a week's trial option. it also didn't work for my cellphone once it was installed, and I was charged for the year. I canceled the subscription minutes after trying it and charged. it appeared canceled on Google, but I haven't seen the refund back.

Out of the many apps I've tried, this one works best. My only issue with it is the fact that I have a very long list of calls, and I can't delete them en masse. They must be deleted one by one! I don't have the time to do that! Please fix it!!!!

Very nice app! Basic and easy to use! At first, the app was freezing (Samsung S9+) after using the search feature but after reporting the problem, technical services quickly assisted and were able to correct the problem after sending me an update. I gave 5 stars for the ease of use and the personal attention to resolve my freezing issue.

It transcribes the voicemails well, but you can't select all the spam voicemails at once for deletion. You have to manually delete them one at a time then verify each one. That is extremely annoying.

Works good and super easy set up.. 6/m, 9/3m or 40/12m in Canada, beats our service providers rates at 60/y.. Would be nice if I could somehow transfer my blacklist from another app over though. With caller ID and blacklists would be great. Had to lower my review, this app started telling my callers my number was no longer in service even though I could see them calling on their end the phone wasn't ringing nor could they get to my voice mail. I have an Samsung s10+ with Koodo.

Setup process incomprehensible. Lots of blank screens, or screens with an icon but now words, or just the word "Skip" or "Configure." No clue what you're skipping or configuring or why. If I can't even set it up, decided to take a pass.

I purchased this app for voice-mail. It has taken over my voice-mail. When I get a call that goes to voice-mail, it answers and says something about World Voice-mail and hangs up. I can't receive any messages. I have uninstalled it and even reset my phone, and it is still answering my calls. I want to get this off of my phone for good. I would also like a refund. I won't hold my breath.

App worked great in dark mode on android 9. After update to android 10 it doesn't go dark when dark mode is on. Background stays white and can't read text. Please sort for 5 stars. Otherwise brilliant app! 5 stars now for sorting dark mode! Yes it works brill now. Thanks
