It continually marks junk files as files I have not used in a while. It should allow you to see what it's marking as junk so you can make a decision. second, as of newest update it refuses to back up mms, sms, call logs, saying I must go into app and approve back up. There is no setting for that in any of those apps nor in Us Cell Protect. Then it keeps sending me emails about the junk files for 2 years now. Please address the above issues.

Lost my phone. When I received a replacement I tried to restore my data, pics, ect that I had been backing up on the old phone to the new one. No dice. Contacted support and after an impersonal conversation via e-mail I was told I had never performed a backup on the old phone which is hard to believe because I remember performing a number of backups because this was one of the main reasons I pay for this service!! Would not rely on this product to reliably back up your data!!!

Until recently I never thought about this app.It was always working in the background .Then I got malware on my phone and I had to do a factory reset to remove the malware because the malware wasn't recognized by the app.and couldn't remove it. .Now that was done I tried to recover my backup data to restore.There wasn't any . The data that I backed up was deleted and there was no way to recover what I had backed up to the app. That being said, I was lucky I used Google to backup my data prior to all this.That is really the only problem I have had to deal with . I have had this app ever since it was available .Overall I would say this app performs better than the majority of security apps . There is Malware that will get by the best security software out there .So I will use this app for my phone security.

When I first got my phone through USC this app worked great! Now I've had my phone for almost 3 years and this app crashes constantly and causes my phone to crash, will not allow me to send error reports back to the developer and I am just frustrated & don't know what to do? Hello! I am excited to inform anyone who might read this review that my issue was promptly fixed and the developer reached out to me fast! They also checked back to make sure that I was doing ok & no further issues!

i have learned to trust this feature & i like the reports & safety it provides my phone. the only thing i am apprehensive about is "the lost phone" part of this app.i like the alert, & lock but i don't want my phone swiped & data lost. so since i cant have the paets i want,i have oppted not to allow the "missing device" part of this app.

It seems to clean up the phone apps enuf to make it run smoothly. Also, it DOES NOT remind me constantly like some apps do that I need to clean or drop the temp., etc., etc.

Be very careful about allowing the app to clean and delete files. In my voice recordings, I had recorded the last conversation that I had with my twin brother just before he passed away. I cherished listening to that occasionally but went to open it one day recently and it was deleted... very sad that it did that!

This has been a nightmare to get set up again. Terrible to get logged in. And when finally did, it shows old phone, not current one. Also keeps telling me cannot make connection to update 2018 database. Worthless with old database. Anyone have better recommendation to keep phone safe?
