No longer connects to phone (any) phone although I'm tethered via WiFi to the Ruko#$@&. I've been flying for almost 3 months now, never a problem. Usedto could connect get gps and be up steady as a eagle with a hard on in 1 minute flat, 3 weeks ago I was in mid flight when I lost feed. No video, retried, and verified wifi, etc. Shows connected, but the app doesn't recognize the drone, no camera or feedback to app from drone. Looking for answers as I'm now stuck in beginner mode.

No idea why someone rates this app 1star been using this app with my Ruko F11 Pro Drone it distance goes more than 100meters, equals 109.36 yards.Height I guess around 40 to 50 meters.

Frustrating, I concur w/ other users. While I was able to link my phone S20 5G plus to my U11 to track it'd location (inches from me), I could not get it to control it. Even with multiple restarts and ensuring I had all my settings just right, no success. Never observed any first person view through my phone. The programs just repeatedly responds "drone not connected." Super frustrating and disappointing.

Love the app and the roku 11pro drone with it. But I have the same problem as some of you. No sat view , I got it once the 1dt time I flew it. But after some reading I find out it's the signal that's not strong enough. Go to place where u get good signal , it tells you weak sat signal also

The app should support my Roku F11 Pro, however the most important feature, the Telemetry, does not work, no matter what I do. The Distance/Altitude/Speed remain at 0.00, even though the quadcopter is in flight.

Garbage! 1st off Ruko, when so many tvs Roku..idiots.. 2nd, no cam, won't connect, if lucky it will crash. Great copter, absolutely shi##y app. Get ready to go fly headless in an open field with no loss of sight because that's what you're limited to. Had 1st gen f11 (went bezerk, crashed) and now f11gim, GARBAGE APP!! Go buy the DJ Mavic n save your sanity.

I bought the Drone 5 days ago the 11th Pro still can't get it to connect to my phone. I use a Samsung Z fold only two years old. Call Tech Service ran through a few things still won't connect not happy ready to send it back

First off it's a great app. And for the idiots out there, it's not ROKUTV . It's an air thingie mabob. Seriously great app. I've always had RUKOPRO app. Love it. It works just like it should. If it don't work then it's probably the operators stupid arrogance getting in the way.
