Worst app. Please use other apps than this. These are all useless app. I was about to cancel the ticket due to change in plan. But I was unable to do it through app. When I click on cancel ticket it throws something went wrong page. I've contacted customer service through call they shared an URL to cancel again same error. Then I contacted customer service to cancel it. Is it really required to contact multiple times to cancel a ticket. If app works fine why would I contact customer service.

Other then the regular things like train search and live status (which usally is accurate) I really liked that the app was able to give me live speed... It was good fun tracking the speed of the train while being in the train.. But with the recent update... They seem to have the feature removed. Thus only 3 stars.. otherwise would have given 4

A very erratic app. Not sure what happened with the latest update. The speed of the train is no longer shown with GPS. Hence switching to something else. Reported inaccuracies do not reflect quickly on the app too. But the main reason for switching would be the speed not being displayed.

Since last 1 year I observed that the app is not showing or adding my those PNR whoch I booked via irctc website. I tried to add those PNRs in the app using all the available options and message shown as Trip Is Alread Saved. Please check youe trip details. but after that they were not showing in MY Trip, My Booking or anywhere else. So, after observing so long, exploring some other app

deceptive business tactics, they show less fare on the search screen and only when you are at the last step that you notice the real fare. I am certain many don't take note and pay and only realise later and in the process these guys make money (agent charges). do not use them for booking instead use irctc directly and your wallet will thank you.

Train number 12045. 21 November - Train was only delayed by 7-8 minutes whereas this pathetic app despite of GPS tracking showed delay of above 1 hour. This happened during almost every journey that I had. Uninstalling with immediate effect. NTES is more accurate.

Worst experience ever. Live tracking sucks, so pathetic tracking ever. Right now I am in the station waiting for the train which was on 30 min delay while this app showed me it's on time. Could've stayed home if not for this godforsaken app. Pathetic

What a useless app..can't book tickets unless you have irctc ID and whenever I try to create an ID there's a stupid glitch when it comes to "create new irctc account", first you'll have to scroll all the way from current year to your year of birth and if you finally manage to do that, the page will refresh !🤦‍♀️Then if you manage to submit all your details there's a red box of error that keeps appearing everytime you click on "create new account" but it will never tell you what the error is..
