Still no scheduler ? I would not recommend this product currently. A software update but still no scheduler. It should always shut down to make sure you never lose connectivity. There is not even a setting to enter intermittent mode. I would avoid the product until they fix the app. it would take them 8 hours to code. Thank you

I love it. Might I suggest a timer feature. It would be nice if I could have it run for a set period of time separate from the schedule. For example, today the cottonwood pollen is really bad. I should be able to set it for a 6 hours non repeating run without having to create a schedule.

just got my new scuba x1, detect new firmware however fail to update. after that the robot unable to update firmware any more through the app. it will keep saying fully updated but when you look at the version, still stay at 1.0.0. Support confirm there is a new firmware 1.0.2 for my device but the app can't detect them. Now I have to request a new replacement robot. I have tried everything even factory reset, install and uninstall still the same issue.

App won't launch. Starts to launch, fails, error message comes up, then it automatically restarts, and nothing happens. Relaunching the app doesn't solve the issue. It also requests your email and PW twice, once for the app, and another time for the registration. Tried restarting my phone to see if it helps, and it didn't. Phone just had the latest Android update last night. Something is broken.

Great app. Overall loving the features but the only thing is we're a 5 family household and would love each member of the family can access the account instead of locked to one person

Works really great. Have not had to clean leaves out other than the ones that make it in the skimmer. One thing that would be nice would be the ability to do a schedule or timed event.

App doesn't connect at all to Scuba S1 2025. Instructions are also non existent on connecting it via network.

Love the Surfer S1, does a great job in my free-form pool, what would give this app 5 stars is the ability to set a schedule for the Surfer so you can really utilise the day time sun and be able to turn off the unit during the night preserving battery power then schedule to turn on the next day when the sun's out.
