Wish I could give zero stars! Paid for a year subscription, which is not cheap, and haven't been able to use the app on any device. I keep getting prompted to start a subscription before I can watch anything. I'm certainly not about to pay again and I've had no reply from cust. service but a canned response email and no follow-up. Lack of support seems to be a major issue looking at the other reviews. Absolutely disappointed and frustrated and cannot recommend.

No longer functional and no response from Marquee support. Sad that the app doesn't work at all any longer, since content looks great. Have installed on multiple platforms (2 Android and 1 iOS), and regardless of the content selected, the download wheel just spins until it times out. Have no problems streaming any number of other services. Access via web browsers (also on multiple platforms) results in an error code 102630. Have contacted support but no response.

Good content, but pls fix the orientation bug. So difficult to simply set it to landscape. Also theres still a login bug where I have to reopen it b/c it gets stuck loading every time.

Being a performer and stage hand in the live theatre arts, I think this is an absolute game changer! However, I cannot enjoy the app. Your website works fine on a computer, but this app doesn't work at all on my phone, and that's how I always watch things. I have contacted support and never heard anything back. It's just not loading any videos for me. Unfortunately I have had to cancel my subscription, but will happily return once issues are fixed.

This app has terrible customer service. I paid for a monthly subscription but I can not access the content, even if I try using the app, on the laptop or using Amazon fire stick. There are login issues where the 'login via Google' option isn't available either in the browser or the tv. The videos don't work in the app. Customer service is just directing me to articles on their website, which have no bearing on my issue. There is no one responding to my repeated emails. This is a waste of money!

Great app! It's so wonderful to have a choice of so many theatre, ballet, music and opera shows to watch at home. I'm really happy with the huge selection and the quality is amazing. I have this installed on both my Android Smartphone (Pixel 3 XL) and Google TV (Chromecast) and it has always worked well for me on both devices.

My original review indicated no subtitles for operas however , now able to set subs when viewing on my tv having set it up using Amazon Firestick so well pleased....indeed , this is turning out to be my app of the year!!! Opera , Theatre , Dance , behind the scenes films , all for a very reasonable cost plus , the try before you buy for a few days. The Bolshoi's Swan Lake a good place to start....sumptuous!

Very disappointed in the download function... Love this idea, but it's just not a functional app. And no response from the app team even after leaving two messages on the support page. Every time I try to download a ballet, it says I must clear up spage even though I have 30GB space free. Have tried multiple times on different devices, and still no use. Would love to use it in my studio and recommend it to my students, but can't because of this issue
