I've called multiple times about the same thing. I have basic functionality issues. I have to call when trying to enter a trip, several tries. I reach my destination it only approves the 1st leg of a round trip. The address should match with the GPS. I'm at that location,but it tells me I'm not. Repeat locations at that. Fix the app or just have people call in it's crazy. And I don't need to email yall for help. I've have at least 6 IT tickets pending

Edit: my earlier review stated that this app was a buggy mess and went into detail why. There must have been a few updates because now it's "less buggy". I still have issues with it from time to time but it is now thankfully in a "mostly useable" state. I still have issues with the actual transportation service from time to time but when the app is buggy clearing the cache will actually help half the time.

This isn't even a native app. Or at least it jumps back and forth so much from a special version of their website that it freezes all the time. There's too many glitches with the map service for the rides. It even asks me to log into another service all the time when I open the map. Overall I do not understand how it could have a 4.4 rating at the time of writing this.

Very poor service. I am visually impaired so I can't use the app or website. When I call, they force me to use their automated system which schedules public transportation. Then I have to call back and it automatically transfers me to an agent to have it switched to a cab. They always run behind schedule so I'm constantly late for my appointment.

works at the bare minimum level and sometimes not even then. I'd suggest calling instead but that's just as bad. you can book rides (usually) on the app but don't try rescheduling or cancelling without calling before or after using the app to make sure it actually worked. ride tracking and contact info is rarely correct

The app does not always connect to the mainframe OS (operating system) for MTM and often I have to make a call after requesting a will call. Also, the phone number associated with the MTM service sends you to a dead end that tells you to contact your insurance company that does not have direct access to the MTM service OS. However, they did just update the app so hopefully it will communicate with the MTM system.

I give this app a complete 0 for how complicated it is with the errors. I used the app a long way before it updated and still had terrible service of when the drivers canceled at the last minute or just show up late, then I have to re-schedule. It's horrible, and this app needs to be updated to a better system! At least let the person know with notifications that the driver canceled or let us contact our driver at least. It just makes this whole experience in general stressful, do better.

Unable to cancel trips through the app, I've also previously been locked out of the app for no discernable reason; just had to wait a day or two to regain access. Otherwise, the app works great for those with phone call anxiety @me. Can make it to appointments on time without needing to worry if I or the company got scheduling right.
