The latest 1.9.4 update broke the parcel collection booking. Cannot submit even after filling in name, tracking no and date. I suppose this is done to stop people booking multiple slot for package that is not ready for collection. I propose to allow everyone only 1 booking slot at a time so that other people have chances. Also penalize people who don't cancel their booking when they are not using it, maybe make it so that they are unable to book for a slot for a week.

After update cannot see any slot. I think this new apps got PROBLEM. Before i update, i can see LOTS of slot (for renew ic). Then AFTER UPDATE, NO slot even one. Its mention "full/no slot". I think better do something. I ask my collage, also same things "no slot" at all even until end of year or next year...PLEASE DO SOMETHING

After update, everything is gone. Login, forgot password, register, submit buttons all not working. Been using this app since the inception. But service rather lacking. No improvement for years. Updating for what? For dev info, each update should fix some things and bring new things. Not the other way around.

What's the point of inserting all information about your tracking, ic and name if it can't even be used or referred to when going to MPC? Still need to write down on paper of our tracking/ic/name for our parcels and talk to the people over counter. Just remove those feature, waste of time. Might as well make it exclusively just for the booking dates no need other info. Should be as easy as scan, wait & pickup n go. Not all this.

Same experience as reviewer on 24/11/21. Forgot password, but says invalid username. Tried registering with that username, but it says already in use. So how is it invalid? Also, there is no way of contacting support for the app, so this is why I'm leaving the review.

Rather frustrating app to use. It didn't show any time slots available for the department that I wanted to queue up for. Kept on crashing on me and I had problems logging on. It would be a useful app if all the glitches were fixed.

Slots are always full and it is said that it is due to certain errand companies spaming booking the slots for their customers. If this is true then it seems as if the app is not meant to be used by the general public which makes it useless to the general public. Please limit the amount of simultaneous bookings for users to allow fair usage.

Please please fix the calendar. Currently for 2021, the user can not open the calendar for future booking. VISA and IC due to expire imminently! It was the same last year. Please also make it downloadable for PC Thank you for your response. Could you enable the calendar in the current version so the users can actually use it rather than waiting 3-4 days for the new version. When VISA and IC expire imminently, another 3-4 days is very tight timescale and any delay might be critical.
