De Nærboks-app geeft je toegang tot de Nærboks waar je pakket wordt bezorgd. Met de app krijg je een eenvoudig overzicht van je bezorgde pakketten en ontvang je een melding zodra je pakket klaar is in Nærboks.De eerste keer dat je een pakket wilt laten bezorgen in een Nærboks, ontvang je een sms met een link naar de app. Vervolgens registreer je je als gebruiker en ontvang je alle informatie via de app.

App constaly freezes, and takes forever to load. It also has a horribly 'blocky' and dated design. It honestly appears as if they made it bad on purpose. The pin code has to be 6 numbers for some reason, and it can't be changed. I also don't understand why on earth this has to be an app, apart from the fact that SwipBox A/S now get free data to sell. If I'd known that choosing 'nærboks' as delivery would require me to download this app, I'd have walked.

Looking at the number of 1 star reviews, it's clear there's no desire to fix the issues already mentioned by others. To summarize the experience: high battery consumption, packages don't show up in the app, slow load times, no way to resolve issues through the app (have to call support). I'm never choosing this delivery option again and I'm uninstalling as soon as I manage to get my package

Not told that my package arrived until the day before it was going to be sent back to the sender. Package was not found in app. Chatbot on their site told me to use Posten app. I used it and it found my package but the app presented me a barcode which couldn't be scanned at the pickup place. Kundeservice number in Posten didnt exist. Eventually called Nærboks and were able to get them to connect my tracking number to the phone number which is connected to the app. Easy, right?

Horrible experience. My parcel doesn't show up in the app, and the app itself provides absolutely no help either. They don't provide any support either, only redirects to the main distributor. Why even use an app for this? It's moronic. If you create a user after pickup is ready, bad luck, no package for you. The only recommendation is to NEVER accept a delivery to any Nærboks, it's a lot more trouble than any pickup service I've ever tried. Avoid Swipp in general it seems.

It doesn't make sense to force people in to installing an app, when other services don't. Also the app is slow and has errors, resulting in you not being able to just pick up your package quickly (the one use case it is supposed to solve).

If i could give zero stars i would!! Cant sign in/ app freeze when trying to and my parcels dont appear in the app when i mange to sign in Took 30min to get my parcel! and speak to customer service told me they didnt know how to solve my problems???

Altough the app is complete garbage and gave me the same problems as people say, I actually made it work by uninstalling the app, restarting the phone, reinstalling the app. Just with those simple steps I could register, log in and retrieve my package.

Fu#k this app you geting emails that your pacages is delivered and they not showing up in app no wonder it has 1 star on play store better make screens on boxes and send customers email/sms with code that you need to tipe in screen that woud be more simple and easyer and do not forget that not eweryone have smartphones
