Groundhog day? My first call with the app was very strange. It entered a loop and I kept hearing a segment of the conversation played over and over again but only the other side. I dialled in again and we could chat for a few seconds then it entered a loop again. I tried again and again and eventually I gave up as we could not hold a conversation. Why was the call in a loop? Perhaps it was being recorded and somehow the recording was played back by mistake? Very peculiar.

I have been using white calling for years.. it is good for making international calls.. but I started noticing an issue, which made me annoyed.. I added credits for 10 pounds to use for a call, and I still got remaining balanced. after a long time when I needed to call again, my credit balance was 0.. I first thought I might have used it and tried again. But again, I see the same issue. I couldn't find any option in the app to contact the dev team, and that's when I decided to leave this review

One of the best application ever i have used to make call in Bangladesh. There is no call drop, latency and buffering during the connection. For having a high quality Codes the audio sound is noiseless and clear. The call rate is reasonable rather than the others. I highly recommend to use this application. Thanks White teams for giving the best services.

I am editing my previous review. Customer service contacted really quickly after my initial message. Instructions were given on how to solve the issue I was having and these worked perfectly on my first attempt. This app allows you to make international phone calls at a really low price. The quality of the phone calls is second to none, no echo, no breaking up, you just have a normal conversation. I am impressed and will continue using it and recommending it to my friends. Thanks you guys & gals

I've been using this app for the past month the calls are clear and I've not had any issues with connections to India. Have to knock off 1 star as there is no flexible options to choose how much you want to load onto the app the amounts are fixed and from what I can see will not roll over..... is it or loose it

In opting to pay for a top up by card there should be an option to opt out of savingbank card details. Why do u need to save my card details by default with no opt out option?? They need to fix this. Personal details are private, might as well just use a voucher bought in a store. Tried PayPal there too you have save your name, full address and postcode. Too many demands for an app I might delete after one use, stop collecting personal data by force unnecessarily!

Great service, good sound quality, fast connections Always. I only wished it was cheaper to use white-calling, when I call abroad, And now I've been promised to get a cheaper rate if I only write here, what I think about their service :) isn't it amazing? Sure it is. And I'm looking forward to it. yes sure I recommend white calling

Well, it seemed to work properly until I needed to do some phone calls and use the keypad during the call. It's impossible to make it work so you just have to hung up and can't use the app. It's a shame because it seemed to work properly and of course everytime you try to call and use the keypad they are chaging you for the call..
